What does it mean that Yaga and pudo are now integrated?

Simply put, this means that Yaga and pudo systems now have a direct connection to exchange transactional information, including updates in order statuses and automatically generate box codes to sellers after a purchase. Main benefits to users that come with the integration:

  • Sellers no longer need to pay for the delivery upfront - we transfer the delivery amount (that’s paid by the buyer upon purchase) directly to pudo

  • Box codes are generated and lockers are booked straight from the Yaga app - no need to switch between apps

  • Automatic order status changes - we’ll know when the code has been used & notify the buyer that their order is on its way

  • Campaign period: 15-16 May 2024

  • R30 delivery rate is valid for all locker-to-locker orders with pudo during the campaign period; no minimum spend

  • Please note that Yaga does not offer door-to-locker service with pudo. If a seller decides to ship the order using door-to-locker service, they will have to cover the cost for it themselves as they won’t be able to use the pre-generated box code from Yaga

  • All campaign parcels must be shipped using the generated box code from the Yaga platform

  • No! You can sit back and enjoy the uplift in sales. We sponsor the promotion and sellers don’t need to pay anything for the delivery.

  • Unfortunately, Yaga currently only offers locker-to-locker option with Pudo and the box code generated on Yaga only applies for this method.

  • If you can’t find pudo under delivery options kindly message the seller on Yaga and ask them to enable pudo for their items so you could take advantage of the promotion 🙌
