Yaga has multiple integrated courier options that deliver nationwide: Aramex (store → door service), PAXI (Pep → Pep Store service), PUDO (locker → locker service), PostNet (PostNet → PostNet) and DPD (door → door). It is up to each Seller to decide which delivery method(s) they would like to enable for their items. The delivery cost will be paid extra at checkout by the Buyer.

Is nationwide delivery possible?
- Yes, all courier services on Yaga deliver across the nation.
Who will pay for the delivery?
- Some Yaga stores may decide to offer Free Shipping to their clients, but mostly the delivery cost is paid extra at checkout by the Buyer.
How long does the delivery take?
- Since Yaga is a marketplace with different Sellers then shipping time depends on a) how fast does the Seller send out the item; and b) the speed of the delivery service. Altogether It’s usually not more than a week but you can always specify the expected delivery time by contacting the Seller via Yaga chat.
I would like to purchase multiple items and pay for only one delivery
- For multiple purchases from the same shop Yaga has a solution called “Bundling”. After purchasing the first item and paying for a suitable delivery method, a time frame of one hour opens up for additional purchases from the same shop that can be checked out without an additional delivery cost. Since Yaga is a platform with different Sellers in different locations, then “Bundling” is unfortunately not available for purchases from different Sellers.

How does my item reach the buyer?
- For PAXI and Aramex first a sleeve must be bought at own cost (the cost will be transferred back to your bank account together with the item price once the item has reached the Buyer). Then, the item must be packed and dropped off to the nearest drop-off point. For Aramex and PUDO, pre-registration online is required. What do these different delivery options mean?
- PAXI - courier service from one Pep store to another Pep store.
- Aramex - this option allows to send the item via Aramex courier to the Buyer’s doorstep.
- PUDO - locker-to-locker courier service anywhere in South Africa. Pudo lockers are accessible 24/7.
- PostNet - courier service from one PostNet kiosk to another PostNet anywhere in South Africa. Your parcel will be delivered within 2-4 working days.
- DPD D2D - door to door service via pick-up by the courier.
- Pick Up from Seller - this is a free delivery option that requires actually meeting up with the Seller. Before choosing this option please make sure that you’re aware of the Seller’s location so that you’re within each other’s reach.
- Bundling - this option is automatically activated after the first purchase from a shop and allows making additional purchases from the same shop without an extra shipping cost for one hour after the first purchase. Learn more how Bundling works here.
