Negotiating has never been easier and quicker!
Make an Offer is a powerful new feature that Yaga Buyers and Sellers can use to achieve a mutually beneficial price point for both parties. Learn more about how you can make it work for you.
How it works:
1. Make an offer
Tap on the “Make an offer” button underneath the “Buy now” button and enter the price you would like to purchase the item for.
Ps! The price can’t be lower than 70% of the original price
2. Offer initiated
The Seller will receive the offer in their Messages while you will see the offer as “pending” in yours.
3. The Seller responds
The Seller has the option to Accept, Decline, or make a Counter offer.
4. If an offer is ACCEPTED
Once the offer is accepted, a buy button will appear in the chat and you can follow the normal checkout process where the price will automatically be updated to the discounted price.
The updated price will only be visible to the Buyer who made the offer
Other users can still buy the item for the original price during this time as offers do not reserve the item
5. If an offer is DECLINED
You will receive a message that your offer has been declined and the status will change from “pending” to “declined”.
It's important to respect the seller's decision as not all sellers are open to negotiation
6. If a COUNTER OFFER is made
You will see the new offered price in the chat messages. You will then have the option to Accept, Decline, or Counter it once more.
Good to know
Accepted offers remain valid until the item is sold or the Seller cancels the accepted offer.
If a listing has a quantity of more than 1 item, the offer is valid for a single purchase only.
Please note that the offer price does not include shipping or the Buyer Protection Fee.
