Have you heard about Pargo?

With thousands of pick-up points across South Africa, you can drop off and collect your Yaga parcels when and where it suits you at locations you know and trust, like Clicks, Edgars and Caltex, to name a few. Best of all, delivery starts from as little as R49 and parcels arrive within 2-4 days!

How Pargo works:

 
    1. Once you are ready to make a purchase, choose Pargo as your delivery method at checkout

    2. Enter your address & select a Pargo Pickup Point nearest to you

    3. When the parcel is shipped, a tracking number will be displayed in your order details screen under “My Purchases”

    4. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a Pargo PIN via SMS/email

    5. Collect your parcel at the till of your chosen pickup point by showing your ID and Pargo PIN.

    6. Tap “item received” to complete the order and to release funds to the seller.

    1. When adding/editing an item, select Pargo Store-to-Store as a delivery method

    2. Once you receive a sale, tap “Select a Pargo Point” in your “orders” detail screen.

    3. Enter your address to select the nearest Pargo drop-off point to receive a Pargo PIN (valid for 8 days).

    4. Package your item securely in a box or flyer bag and write the PIN on your parcel

    5. Drop it off at your chosen Pargo Point and have your ID and Pargo PIN handy

    6. After processing, you will receive an SMS from Pargo. The shipping status in Yaga will update to in-transit, and a tracking number will appear for both you and the Buyer.

Good to know

  • Sellers, there are no upfront delivery costs as they are covered by the Buyer when making the purchase.

  • Sellers do not need to provide buyer details, such as address or phone number, at the Pargo Point.

  • Sellers, please make sure you choose the correct size for your item when listing it; the parcel should not look too bulky or big for its weight category when packaged. If you are unsure and need to change to a bigger size, feel free to contact:  support@yaga.co.za
